摘要
由于自动控制技术条件的限制,乙烯装置急冷水的p H值一直采用手工调节,以致p H值处于较大范围的波动中,给乙烯装置的生产带来了许多的安全隐患和经济损失。文中结合生产实际,分析了急冷水p H值波动的原因及其对装置生产的影响,通过对乙烯裂解急冷水塔、工艺水汽提塔p H值调节系统进行技术改造,实现碱浓度在线测量和p H值在线测量,结合数据反馈和软件调节,实现p H值自动平稳控制和在线读取,并根据反馈数值及时调整,减轻了操作人员劳动强度,提高了急冷水p H值运行平稳率,避免了设备腐蚀和工艺系统波动。
Due to the limitations of automatic control conditions, the pH value of quench water of ethylene cracker has been adjusted by manual operation. The wide -range fluctuation has imposed a great safety hazard and economic loss in production. The pH fluctuation causes of quench water and the impact on unit operation are analyzed. The on - line testing of alkaline and pH value are realized after revamping of pH control systems of quench tower and process water stripper. The pH can be stably controlled and read on line after data feedback and software adjustment, which has reduced the work of operators, improved the stable pH operation of quench water and eliminated the equipment corrosion and process system fluctuation.
