活血化痰护肝汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝50例

Clinical curative effect of Huoxue Huatan Hugan formula on alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:观察活血化痰护肝汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:100例酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,观察组50例口服活血化痰护肝汤,150 ml/次,3次/d;对照组50例口服易善复(多烯磷脂酰胆碱)胶囊,228 mg/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗3个疗程共12周,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、血清甘油三酯、肝功能、肝脏影像学检查的变化。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(82.0%vs 61.7%),两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化痰护肝汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝有较好的疗效,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Huatan Hugan formula on the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods：One hundred patients with alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in observation group were treated by Huoxue Huatan Hugan formula（ 150 ml,thrice a day）,50 cases in control group received polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules orally（ 228 mg,thrice a day）. The course of treatment was 12 weeks in two groups. Clinical curative effect,laboratory data of the blood triglyceride and the liver function,and the examination of the liver imaging were observed and compared. Result： The total effective rate of observation group was higer than the control group（ 82. 0% vs 61. 7%）,the difference was significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Huoxue Huatan Hugan formula has better effect on the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease than that in control group.
