摘要
港珠澳大桥深海区非通航孔桥选用连续钢箱梁,单跨长度为110m,选用大节段钢箱梁整体制造和整体吊装的施工工艺。在整体吊装过程中,牛腿结构以及支点处的钢箱梁具有足够的强度和刚度,是结构稳定以及满足理想成桥状态的关键。为此,运用大型通用有限元软件,对牛腿结构以及支点处的钢箱梁建立了精细的板单元模型,对整体内力和局部变形进行了分析,并得出了相关结论,以指导实际施工。
The unnavigable channel bridge of deep-sea area of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge has 110 mcontinuous steel box girder,large segment general manufacture and Integral erection were adopted during construction.In the integral hoisting process,the corbel and the part of the girder at the corbel fulcrum with sufficient strength and stiffness is the key to ensure the stability of the structure and achieve the ideal finished bridge state.Therefore,local deformation analysis and global force analysis was finished by building the fine plate element model of the corbel and the part of the steel box girder at the corbel fulcrum with the large universal finite element software,and relevant conclusions were drawn in order to guide the practical engineering.
