摘要
自噬是一种广泛存在于真核细胞内的溶酶体依赖性降解途径,被称为Ⅱ型凋亡,其在自噬相关基因的严格调控下在细胞发育、细胞免疫以及多种疾病中发挥重要作用。近来有研究发现,自噬参与脓毒症疾病发展过程,与多脏器功能不全关系密切。自噬途径异常可能是脓毒症脏器功能损伤的重要原因,该文对自噬及其在脓毒症中的表现、分子机制以及调节途径进行综述,旨在了解脓毒症脏器损伤的机制,以期为脓毒症脏器功能保护寻求新的途径。
Autophagy is a lysosome-dependent degradation pathway that widely exists in eukaryotic cells,known as type Ⅱ apoptosis. It plays an important role in cell development,immunity,and various diseases under strict control of autophagy associated genes. Recently,several studies have found that autophagy is involved in the development of sepsis,and closely related with multiple organ dysfunction. Autophagy pathway abnormalities may be an important reason for organ dysfunction in sepsis. Here is to make a review of the manifestation,molecular mechanism and regulatory pathway of autophagy in sepsis,in order to understand the mechanisms of organ injury in sepsis and seek new way to protect organ function in sepsis.
