摘要 卵巢早衰已成为当今妇女不孕症的主要病因之一,且近年来发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重影响患者生活质量、增加社会经济负担。其病因及发病机制较为复杂,尚不十分清楚。目前主要采用激素替代治疗等方法来控制疾病进展,暂无根治方法。干细胞移植是近年来的研究热点之一,成为治疗卵巢早衰的新方法。该文通过回顾干细胞治疗不同病因导致卵巢早衰的临床前研究资料,对可能的治疗机制予以综述,希望为后续研究提供参考。 Premature ovarian failure( POF) has become one of main causes for female sterility,and the morbidity is increasing year by year recently. It seriously affects the quality of life for patients and increases the economic burden of society. The causes and pathogenesis of POF is complicated,and still remains unclear. At present,hormone replacement therapy is the main method to control the development of the disease while there is still no ideal cure treatment for it. Stem cell therapy has been one of the research hotspots during recent years,and might have become a new method for POF treatment. Here is to make a review of the possible mechanisms of the treatment for POF by retrospectively analyze the pre-clinical data of stem cell therapy for POF caused by different reasons,in order to provide reference for further studies.
