腹腔镜下子宫切除术泌尿系统损伤的体会

The Experience of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Urinary System Injury

腹腔镜手术出血少、创伤小、恢复快,切口美观,还可同时诊治其他盆腔疾病,临床上已被越来越多的医师和患者所接受。腹腔镜手术的适应证也不断扩大,凡是能在剖腹条件下完成的妇科手术几乎都可在腹腔镜下完成。但与传统的腹式手术相比,腹腔镜有着其自身的缺陷,如子宫切除术时,发生泌尿系统损伤的概率远远高于传统的手术方式,而损伤的主要是输尿管及膀胱,严重的损伤往往会给患者带来极大的不便,因此如何预防损伤及损伤后的处理显得尤为重要。

The laparoscopic surgery is featured with less bleeding,less trauma,quicker recovery,beautiful cut,and with the function of diagnosis and treatment to other pelvic diseases,therefore has been accepted by more and more doctors and patients. Indications of have been expanding as well,almost all of the open gynecological surgeries can be done through laparocopy. However,compared with the traditional abdominal surgery,laparoscopy has its own defects,such as for hysterectomy,the incidence of urinary system injury（ mainly on ureter and bladder） is much greater than the traditional operation method,and in serious cases it will bring extreme inconvenience to the patients. Therefore,how to prevent injury and the treatment after injury is particularly important.
