多元化健康教育在桂西地区糖尿病患者应用的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多元化健康教育在桂西地区糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将116例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式进行健康教育,观察组采用多元化健康教育模式进行健康教育,干预后比较两组患者糖尿病知识掌握情况、遵医行为改善情况、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)变化情况。结果干预前两组糖尿病知识得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组得分均较干预前提高(P<0.01),但观察组提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);干预前两组遵医行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组FPG、2 h PG水平均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组FPG、2 h PG均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01),但观察组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多元化健康教育能提高桂西地区糖尿病患者掌握疾病相关知识,遵医行为明显改善,血糖控制良好,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education for patients with diabetes mellitus in western Guangxi. Methods 116 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 58 cases in each group. The latter group were given conventional health education,while the former group were given diversified health education. Then,mastery of diabetic knowledge,improvement of patients' compliant behaviors,changes of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose( 2 h PG) of the two groups were compared after the intervention. Results Difference of diabetic knowledge scores of the two groups was not statistically significant before intervention( P〉0. 05),and they all improved in both groups after intervention( P〈0. 01),while that of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group( P〈0. 01). Difference of patients' compliant behaviors of the two groups was not statistically significant before intervention( P〉0. 05),but that of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group after intervention( P〈0. 05). The levels of FPG and 2 h PG of both groups were relatively high before treatment,and difference was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). After intervention,levels FPG and 2 h PG of both groups significantly decreased( P〈0. 05 or 0. 01),but those of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group( P〈0.01). Conclusion Diversified health education can effectively improve mastery of disease-related knowledge of patients with diabetes,improve their compliant behaviors,and control their blood sugar. Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application.
