3S理念教育模式对精神分裂症康复期患者服药依从性的影响

Influence of 3S concept education mode on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation stage

目的探讨支持、技巧、自信(support,skill,self-confidence,3S)理念健康教育模式对精神分裂症康复期患者服药依从性的影响。方法将118例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各59例;观察组应用3S理念健康教育模式进行干预,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式干预;比较两组干预前、出院时疾病知识掌握情况;干预后1年服药依从性和出院后1年的复发率。结果干预前两组疾病知识评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者疾病知识评分均较干预前提高(P<0.05),但观察组提高的幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);干预后1年观察组患者服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);出院后1年观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3S理念健康教育模式能有效帮助患者建立良好的社会支持系统,提高患者疾病相关知识和康复的技能水平,树立战胜疾病的信心,从而提高其服药依从性,对稳定病情、降低复发率有积极的促进作用。

Objective To investigate influence of 3S（ support,skill,self-confidence） concept education mode on the medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation stage. Methods A total of 118 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 59 cases in each group. The observation group were intervened by 3S concept education mode,while the control group were intervened by traditional health education mode.Then,mastery of disease knowledge before intervention and at the time of discharge as well as medication compliance after 1year of intervention and recurrence rate 1 year after discharge were compared between groups. Results Before intervention,difference of scores of disease knowledge mastery in both groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After intervention,however,scores of disease knowledge mastery of both groups significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）,and that of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. After one year of intervention,medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and recurrence rate 1 year after discharge was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion 3S concept education mode can effectively help patients establish a good social support system,improve their disease knowledge and rehabilitation skills,and build confidence in overcoming the disease,so as to improve the medication compliance,which plays a positive role in promoting stable condition,and in reducing recurrence rate.
