摘要
加强高校学生自我管理是高校学生日常管理工作发展的必然趋势,但必须运用科学的方法加以引导和规范。SOP可以总结并保存高校辅导员和高校学生组织在日常管理过程中的经验和技巧,运用SOP可以提高学生自我管理的效率,改善高校学生自我管理的效果。
It is an inevitable trend to strengthen college students self-management in college students daily management development, however it should be guided and regulated under scientific method. SOP can be summarized and save college counselors and college student organizations experience and skills in the daily management process ,which can improve students＇ self-management efficiency and the effectiveness.
