高校学生资助政策研究是世界高等教育发展的重要课题之一。近年来,我国高校助学金资助力度逐年加强,以往的评议、管理、发放办法已显滞后。如何公平、公正地评定助学金,已成为高校学生工作必须面对的重要问题之一。从当前助学金评定中存在的问题入手,结合实践,对助学金评议进行有益的探讨。

Financial aid policy is one of the most important subjects for higher education development worldwide. In recent years ,with the enhanced student-assistance among universities, those old policies in grants evaluation, management, and distribution have been outdated, and how to distribute student aid with fairness and justice has been an unavoidable challenge for many universities. This paper provides some insights in the current grants evaluation system from aspects of existing problems and the personal experi- ence.
