摘要
南部非洲国家职业教育面临着挑战。主要来自于国力羸弱、人口急剧膨胀、失业率高、国民收入低等等。由于传统思想的束缚,非洲人职业教育观念落后,性别歧视严重;另外师资匮乏,课程陈旧,国际之间的合作有限,造成了职业教育质量相对落后。
Sub-African countries have many challenges in vocational education, which mainly come from Limited financial resources, rapid population growth, high unemployment, low income, and so on. As the shackles of traditional thinking, many Africans despise vocational education. Moreover, the serious gender discrimination, shortage of teachers, curriculum outdated, and limited international cooperation, resulting in a relatively backward quality in vocational education.
