PDCA（plan-do-check-action）is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products. To enhance the quality of clinical practice and improve practice management in hospital, here we employed PDCA cycle to supervise clinical trainees and faculty members. It has been proved to be a success after more than a year of practice.
