摘要
目的:构建手术科室医师工作量考核指标及权重。方法:采用文献分析法、专家咨询法选择考核指标,统计分析专家咨询结果,得出每项指标的权重。根据安徽省立医院(南区)临床医师工作量考核进行实例分析。结果:根据两轮专家咨询法,设计出含门诊量、会诊量、手术量和住院服务量四个一级指标和16个二级指标的考核体系。结论:临床医师工作量考核指标体系构建需要分科室类型和职称级别,科学的临床医师工作量考核方法有利于医院整体绩效的提升。
Objective: To construct the assessment index and weight of surgical clinician workload. Methods:Se-lect evaluation index by means of literature analysis and expert consultation method, and calculate the weight of each indicator according to the statistical analysis of the expert advice results. Then analyze the clinician workloads of the Anhui Provincial Hospital (South) according to the new-built index system. Results:According to the two rounds of expert consultation, design, consultation, including outpatient and inpatient services operation of four first level index-es and 16 two level indexes evaluation system was established. Conclusion:The classified index system of the clinician workload evaluation needs to be built by dividing department type and rank level. Scientific clinician workload evalu-ation is to improve the overall performance of the hospital.
