氟尿嘧啶联合聚肌胞治疗特殊部位疣的临床观察

Clinical Observation of treating Special parts verruca of fluorouracil combined with poly I:C

目的:观察氟尿嘧啶联合聚肌胞局部注射治疗一些特殊部位疣的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者随机分为治疗组34例,使用氟尿嘧啶联合聚肌胞局部注射治疗;对照组18例,使用聚肌胞局部注射治疗。结果:治疗组有效率91.2%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:氟尿嘧啶联合聚肌胞较单用聚肌胞局部注射治疗特殊部位疣疗效确切,值得在临床推广。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of local injection of poly I：C combined with fluorouracil in the treat-ment of verruca of some certain positions. Methods：The selected 52 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.34 patients in the treatment group were treated with local injection of poly I：C combined with fluorouracil;18 patients in the control group were treated with local injection of poly I：C. Results：The effectiveness rate of the treatment group is 91.2%and the control group is 66.7%,the difference has statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Local injection of poly I：C combined with fluorouracil is effective in the treatment of verruca of some cer-tain positions and deserves the further clinical application.
