摘要
目的:对小儿生长发育和营养喂养教学中,在多媒体课件进行教学的基础上,引入微课,对教学效果进行分析研究。方法:随机从护理专业中抽取两个班级,分别作为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法,即理论学习以讲授形式为主,护理操作以模型示范为主;实验组采用在多媒体教学的基础上引入微课尝试,对两组学生进行理论和操作考核。结果:实验组学生的考核成绩明显高于对照组,(P<0.05);实验组学生对课堂教学的赞同率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微课的引入在小儿护理教学中的应用能够有效提高学生的学习成绩,能够调动学生的学习积极性,值得在儿科护理教学中进行推广。
Objective:Analyze of teaching effects of application of multimedia courseware in growth and nutrition-al children feeding teaching. Methods:randomly select two classes from major of nursing, experiment group and con-trolled one, Respectively, the control group using traditional teaching methods, which form the main theory of learning to teach, care operations in order to model the main demonstration;experimental group, apply the use of multimedia courseware in traditional teaching on the basis of micro class methods, making theoretical and operational assessment of the two group of students. Results:The assessment of the experimental class is significantly higher than the other one, P〈0.05;experimental classes for classroom teaching endorsement was significantly higher than the control one, P〈0.05.Conclusion:Application of micro class in pediatric nursing teaching can improve student achievement, able to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, which is better for children to master the extent of the growth and development of content and nutritional feeding techniques, it is worthwhile to promote in pediatric care.
