摘要
学习倦怠是学生在长期的学习过程中,不能有效化解学习压力,逐渐对学习失去兴趣却又无法逃避,导致身心俱疲、学习效能低下的一种状态。国内外关于学习倦怠的研究成果颇丰,研究内容主要包括学习倦怠的定义及内涵、不同层次学生的学习倦怠、学习倦怠的测量、学习倦怠的症状及其影响因素等方面。
Learning burnout is a state of exhaustion in physical and mental when the students can not dissolve the pressure of study and losing interest of study gradually in the long- term learning process. In this state,students may feel tired,weary,depressed and defeated,the learning efficiency is in low- level. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of learning burnouth at home and abroad. This paper reviews the definition and connotation of learning burnout,learning burnout of different levels of students,symptoms,measurement and influence factors etc.
