通过对"锡纸开锁"的工具和原理的了解,分析总结出此类案件的发案规律和特点。通过对开锁痕迹和作案手段的深入研究,提出对此类案件现场进出口、中心现场、作案路线勘查方法和提取痕迹物证应注重的方向。在宣传指导、社会面巡防、基础阵地管控、高危人员管控、侦查破案手段等方面提出该类案件防范的要点。

By understanding of tinfoil unlocking tools and principles, this paper analyzes and summarizes the incidence rules and characteristics of such cases. Through the research on the unlocking marks and the means of committing crime, this article proposes reference for entering and exiting the crime scene and the central scene, investigating the crime route and collecting evidence. Finally, it puts forwards the main points in propaganda and guidance, social patrol, basic position control, high-risk personnel management and control, investigation and detection methods.
