以回归社会为视角的监禁行刑社会化探析

Analysis on Socialization of Imprisonment Execution from Perspective of Returning to Society

监禁行刑社会化和服刑人员回归社会保护的最终目标是一致的,都是为了让服刑人员回归社会后能够更好地"再社会化"。监禁行刑改造是"再社会化"的前提,服刑人员回归社会保护是"再社会化"的保障,"释前改造"和"释后保护"工作是服刑人员"再社会化"系统工程中的两个重要组成部分。通过对辽宁省内某些监狱和部分地区刑释人员进行调查,本文对现阶段监禁行刑社会化工作和服刑人员回归社会保护工作之间存在的"映射问题"进行了梳理和分析,以服刑人员回归社会保护为视角,探析监禁行刑社会化工作中存在的问题,提出了改革和完善监禁行刑社会化工作的建议。

The ultimate goal of imprisonment execution socialization and prisoner protection is consistent to let prisoners to “re-socialization”. The imprisonment is the premise of re-socialization, and re-socialization is the guarantee of prisoner protection. The transformation before release and the protection after release are two important parts in the systemic project. Through the investigation of released prisoners and some prisons in Liaoning province, this article is carding and analyzing the common problems on the current stage of imprisonment execution socialization work and prisoner protection, in the view of helping prisoners back to society, searching for the problems of imprisonment execution socialization and putting forward the proposals of further development of imprisonment execution socialization work.
