摘要 仓储作为整个物流过程的一个关键环节,是物流活动的中转站、调节物流的中心。以辽宁电力公司计量中心仓储输送系统为背景,针对其具体流程与特点,将智能物流技术融入电能计量管理中,运用智能物流技术及装备,优化工作流程、提高资产周转效率和管理精细度、降低管理成本,符合国家电网公司集团化运作、集约化发展、精益化管理、标准化建设的总体要求,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和发展前景。 As a key link in the whole logistics process, storage is the huh of logistics activity, the center of the logistics adjusting. Based on this, this paper takes liaoning electric power company center warehouse delivery system as the background, aiming at the specific process and the characteristics of the intelligent logistics technology into the electric energy metering management, using intelligent logistics technology and equipment ( RGV robot, handling/palletizing robot, stacker, etc. ), optimizing working process, improving the efficiency of assets turnover and the precision, reducing the management cost. All of which conform to the state grid group operation, intensive development, overall requirements of the lean management, standardized construction, achieving good economic efficiency, social benefits and good prospects for development.
