消癌平联合XELOX方案化疗对大肠癌术后患者免疫功能的影响

Study of Xiaoaiping combined with XELOX chemotherapy intervention of immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation

目的探讨消癌平联合XELOX方案化疗对大肠癌术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择接受手术治疗的大肠癌患者116例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各58例。对照组术后应用XELOX方案化疗;观察组术后采用消癌平联合XELOX方案化疗。治疗三个周期后,比较两组病灶缓解率、免疫功能、毒副反应及生活质量指标。结果观察组患者的病灶缓解率为86.21%高于对照组患者的68.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者T细胞亚群中的CD3与CD4水平高于对照组患者T细胞亚群中的CD3与CD4水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者T细胞亚群中的CD8水平低于对照组患者T细胞亚群中的CD8水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组患者骨髓抑制发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的QLQ-C30量表评分高于对照组患者的QLQ-C30量表评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消癌平联合XELOX方案化疗能明显改善大肠癌患者的免疫功能、降低毒副反应,同时能够显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study on the effect of Xiaoaiping combined with XELOX chemotherapy intervention of immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods 116 patients with colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with XELOX scheme chemotherapy after operation.The observation group was treated with xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX regimen after operation.Results The tumor response rate in the observation group（86.21%）was higher than that in the control group（68.97%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,CD3 and in CD4 level of the observation group were higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the level of CD8 Tcells in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The bone marrow inhibition rate of the observation group was less than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xiaoaiping combined with XELOX chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer,reduce the toxic and side effects and significantly improve the life quality of patients.
