大隐静脉曲张患者不同手术方案并发症与复发率的对比

Different operation schemes of complications and the recurrence rate in patients with great saphenous varicose veins

目的对比不同手术方案治疗大隐静脉曲张患者临床并发症及复发率的发生情况。方法选取收治的120例大隐静脉曲张患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组采用常规的治疗方法,观察组采用腔内激光联合高位结扎进行治疗。观察两组患者术后下床活动时间、住院时间、手术时间、比较两组患者治疗效果,记录患者使用抗生素时间和切口数量。结果观察组患者下床活动时间、住院时间和手术时间均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者使用抗生素的时间和切口数量明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症和复发情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张临床效果显著,患者发生感染和并发症少,复发率低。

Objective To explore the different surgery complications and the recurrence rate in patients with great saphenous varicose veins.Methods 120 patients with great saphenous varicose veins were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional methods.The observation group was treated with the method of joint cavity laser high ligation.Results The bed activity time,hospitalization time and operation time of observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group of patients＇ The time of antibiotics use and number of incision of observation group were less than that of the control group.The difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The complications and recurrence of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of cavity laser high ligation on great saphenous varicose veins patients is remarkable.
