Analysis of the Timing Reference Policy on ICG Meetings

卫星导航系统时间议题是全球卫星导航系统国际委员会(ICG)会议上工作组D组的重要议题。时间议题在历次ICG会议上的发展历程被详细论述。对美国、俄罗斯等全球卫星导航系统供应方与时间议题相关的策略进行了深入分析和预测。在此基础上,提出了我国卫星导航系统针对时间议题的应对策略,为争取我国卫星导航系统国际主导地位提供参考。

Timing reference is the important issue discussed on the International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite System（ICG）meetings Working Group D.It is dissertated in detail of the course of timing issue development on ICG meetings.It is analyzed and forecasted deeply that the timing reference policy of the Global Navigation Satellite System（GNSS）providers e.g.American and Russia.So the answer policy on timing issue of Chinese satellite navigation system are put forward,which provided the reference for enhancing international dominant status.
