摘要
响应曲面分析法是一种优化过程的数理分析技术,其可建立连续变量响应曲面模型,并通过响应曲面对影响因子及其交互作用进行评价,可以弥补传统单变量优化试验的不足。在分析提液生产提高采收率机理的基础上,将油藏数值模拟技术与响应曲面分析方法相结合,绘制三维图及其二维等高线图,研究了影响提液开发效果的4个主要因素(油水黏度比、韵律系数、油井含水率和提液幅度)对提液效果的影响趋势及影响程度,并对各因素间的相互影响进行了分析。
The response surface regression analysis technique is an integrative method for optimization procedure, which not only can build continuous curved surface model, but also can form response surface to estimate the inter- action of the influence factors. Its characteristics make up the shortage of traditional single factor experiment. Based on the analysis of enhanced liquid production mechanism, response surface regression analysis technique was intro- duced into reservoir numerical simulation. The influence trend of static and dynamic parameters anti their interac- tions in increasing liquid output were then investigated in great details using the Box - Behnken experimental design and the responsive surface method, based on the main four factors: the oil -water viscosity ratio, prosodic coeffi- cient, the water cut in oil well and extract range.
