摘要
某天然气处理厂新增来气C2以上组分含量较低,导致在与原工艺原料气混合处理后液态石油产量不增反减,新增来气与外输干气组分对比分析结果表明,气象携带作用是液态石油产量不增反减的根本原因。在分析产量降低原因的基础上对原工艺进行跨线改造,使新增来气越过段塞流捕集器直接进入气液分离器以减少其分离过程的携带效应。改造前后生产数据对比表明工艺经改造后凝析油产量有所提升,液化气产量大幅提升,经济效益显著。
The new gas was added to a gas processing plant and mixed with the original gas of the process, resulting in the liquid oil production decreased rather than increased, with the components of low ethane. In this article, based on the analysis of the reasons of the lower production, we transform the original process by the method of pipeline crossing to make the new gas feed across the slug catchers directly into the gas - liquid separator to reduce the carrying effect. By comparison of the data before and after the transformation of production, after the transfur- marion of the process, condensate production has improved and LPG production increased dramatically, by which obtaining significant economic benefits.
