游离组织移植供区切口愈合不良原因分析及护理

Reason analysis and care of free tissue transplant donor site incision healing

目的 通过对游离组织移植供区切口愈合不良原因分析,提出护理干预措施.方法 对游离组织移植供区切口愈合不良患者19例进行原因分析,采取供区皮肤扩张训练,加强营养支持,进行切口减张性保护等护理措施,降低切口并发症的发生.结果 19例游离组织移植术后供区切口愈合不良原因可总结为4个方面：切口张力高、切口组织液化、切口下血肿、切口感染.经过积极对症治疗和护理均延迟愈合.结论 预见性护理干预和术后密切观察切口状况并及早处理,可有效防范游离组织移植供区切口愈合不良的发生.

Objective To propose the nursing measures with the analysis of free tissue transplant donor site poor healing.Methods 19 cases which suffered wound poor healing were analysed and gived donor site expansion training strengthen,nutrition support,reduce the tension of incision to reduce the incidence of complications.Results 19 cases which suffered wound poor healing with free tissue transplantation were all delayed healed.The reasons could be summed up in four aspects as high tension incision,incision liquefaction,incision hematoma,infection of incision.Conclusions Predictive nursing intervention,postoperative close observation of incision condition,early treatment can effectively prevent complications of donor site.
