党的十八大强调要推进新型城镇化建设,新型城镇化不能以牺牲"三农"为代价,而是要与农业现代化同步发展,并将农业现代化作为其顺利推进的坚实后盾,而农业现代化实现的关键则是新型职业农民的培育。对当前新型城镇化背景下职业农民培育进行了研究,分析了当前培育工作存在的问题和原因,并针对当前的发展形势提出相应的对策建议。
