At the turning point of 19 th to 20 th century, Germany was the center of science and technology of the world and the cradleland of modern physics. A group of outstanding scientists emerged.They were summoned by Kant, but were not being limited by Kant. They created the greatest scientific achievements and special scientific epistemology and methodology.
