广西壮药玉郎伞中5种重金属含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立广西壮药玉郎伞中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu5种重金属的含量测定方法,为控制药材质量提供依据。方法:采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)进行检测。结果:玉郎伞中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu回归方程分别为Y=0.0130X+0.0062(r=0.9997),Y=0.0031X+2.7982^-4(r=0.9999),Y=0.0089X+4.5141^-4(r=0.9999),Y=0.0031X+5.0726^-4(r=1.0000),Y=0.0985X+0.0727(r=0.9999),回收率为86.8%~96.3%。结论:该方法简便快捷、稳定准确、重现性好、能用于玉郎伞药材重金属的含量测定。 Objective: To establish the method for determination of five kinds of heavy metals(Pb.Cd.As, Hg,Cu) in Milletia pulchra var. laxior from Guangxi's zhuang Medicine,To provide evidence for control the quality of Medicinal Materials. Methods: The samples were digested with the microwave digestion system and determined by ICP-MS. Results: The linear equation were Y : 0.013 0X+0. 006 2(r=0. 999 7), Y:0. 003 1X+2.798 25(r=0.999 9),Y=0.008 9X+4. 514 1^-4(r=0. 999 9),Y:0.003 1X+ 5. 072 6.5 (r=1. 000 0) ,Y=0. 098 5X+0. 072 7(r=0. 999 9) ,the recovery rates were 86.8% -96.3%. Conclusion: The method was simple , fast, stable and accurate with high repeatablility,it is suitable for the determination of Heavy Metals in Milletia pulchra var. laxior from Guangxi's zhuang medicine.
