经彩色多普勒检测研究颈部血管斑块形成与年龄及左右侧相关性分析

Study of the Relation between Neck Vascular Patches and age and around the Neck by Color Doppler

目的:探讨临床上经彩色多普勒检测颈部血管斑块的形成是否与患者年龄及颈部左右侧有关。方法:通过随机抽取500例颈部血管斑块形成患者进行年龄分析,并比较斑块形成情况及其与左右侧的关系。结果:经过分析,年龄与患病率呈相关性,其中年龄≥60岁患者斑块形成较明显,且发现颈部血管患病率左侧较右侧多发。结论:经彩色多普勒检测,颈部斑块形成的患病率与年龄及其左右有关,年龄≥60岁为高危人群,且左侧较右侧多发。

Objective：To discuss our half-year clinically by color doppler detection neck vascular plaque formation which is related to patient＇s age, and around the neck. Methods： 500 patients with cervical vascular plaque formation were choosed to analyse the age, and compare the plaque formation and its relationship with left and right side. Results： Age and relevance to the prevalence,age 60 or more plaques form more apparent, and found the neck vascular prevalence left than the right side of the multiple. Conclusion ： by color doppler detection,The morbidity of neck plaque formation relate to around the neck and age of the patients, age 60 years or more for high--risk groups,and the left side than on the right side of multiple.
