The Discussion on the Quantitative Identification for Juvenile Trees in Practical Forestry Judicial Cases

本文对南方重点林区福建省目前普遍存在的四种不同类型林分所涉及的幼树进行了分析,根据最高人民法院的相关司法解释、《造林技术规程》和《伐区调查设计技术规程》中关于幼树的定义,重点探讨了四种不同类型林分幼树的认定范畴,林分幼树数量的鉴定方法,以期为林业案件司法鉴定活动的提供参考。

This paper analyzes the juvenile trees in four different stands in southern important forest zone - Fujian Province. According to the relative judicial interpretation of the Supreme People＇s Court, and the definition of juvenile tree in Technical Regulations for Afforestation and Technical Regulations for the Investigation and Design in Felling Area, the identification scope of the juvenile trees in four different stands and the method for identifying the quantity of juvenile trees are discussed, which can provide references for the forestry judicial identification activities.
