高校辅导员队伍职业化建设探析

高校辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育和学生管理的骨干力量，辅导员的专业化水平、责任意识、队伍稳定程度将对学生产生直接影响。辅导员队伍建设的核心问题是职业化建设。文章从辅导员职业化背景、职业化内涵、职业化现状、职业化困境四个方面对高校辅导员队伍建设进行分析，提出辅导员队伍职业化建设对策。

The professional level, sense of responsibility and stabilization of the team of student tutors, who are the mainstay of ideological and political education and students＇ management, have a direct impact on college stu- dents. Professionalism is the core content in construction of college student tutors. This article analyzes the back- ground, connotation, current situation and dilemma of professionalism of student tutors and gives countermeasures for the construction of professionalism of student tutors.
