摘要
目的 通过对特需病房护士压力源进行调查及分析,提出相应对策,提高护理质量.方法 选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院特需病房的全体护士为调查对象,共60名,向调查对象以不记名的方式发放护士工作压力源调查问卷,对有效问卷进行数据汇总、统计和分析.结果 护理工作的社会地位低为护士最主要的工作压力源,测评分值为(3.2±0.9)分;其他压力源依次为无用的书面工作太多[(3.1±1.2)分]、工资及其他的福利待遇低[(3.0±0.9)分]、经常倒班[(3.0±1.2)分]和护士自身价值体现低[(2.9±1.0)分].结论 特需病房护士工作压力大,需采取相应的减压措施,提高护理服务质量.
Objective To investigate and analysis the pressure source for nurses in the special ward.Methods All 60 nurse in the special ward in Beijing Anzhen Hospital were enrolled and the anonymous questionnaires were sent to investigate the sources of the work pressure.The available questionnaires were collected and analyzed.Results The main pressure sources were lower social status[(3.2 ±0.9) scores],followed by useless written works [(3.1 ± 1.2) scores],low salary and welfare [(3.0 ±0.9) scores],shiftwork [(3.0 ± 1.2) scores] and low own value [(2.9 ± 1.0) scores].Conclusion The nurses in special ward suffer from high word pressure.
