白细胞介素1在脊髓损伤后局部微环境改变中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓损伤的致残率高、病死率高,其修复治疗一直是医学界的难题。脊髓损伤后不同时期尤其是继发性损伤时,大量的神经元发生凋亡坏死,直接导致了运动及感觉功能的丧失。研究表明,中枢神经系统(CNS)损伤后轴突不能再生的主要原因是抑制性微环境的产生。
