摘要
虾青素是一种类胡萝卜素,天然来源有雨生红球藻、真菌、酵母、虾壳和蟹壳。在抗氧化、抗炎、提高免疫力、改善视力、降低血脂胆固醇等方面有益处,虾青素的检测方法主要有光谱和色谱两类方法。本文对虾青素的检测方法进行归纳概括,对现有虾青素的不同检测方法进行分析与展望。
Astaxanthin belongs to a kind of arytenoids. It can be extracted from natural sources such as Pluvialis algae, Fungi, Yeasts, shrimp and crab shell. There are benefits in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, improved immunity, improved eyesight, reduced blood fat and cholesterol.Spectrometric and Chromatography are mainly methods for content detection of Astaxanthin.The content detection for Astaxanthin are Generalized. Different research methods are analyzed and summarized.
