摘要
中国经济发展进入了新常态,新常态下如何通过对设备监理的合理化管理,使中国石化、煤化工项目顺应"中国制造2025"高质量的产业战略趋势,是目前石化、煤化工项目设备监理亟待解决的重要问题。文章论述了以人为本的管理模式是适应当前经济发展形势的重要趋势,也是当前以及将来设备监理的重要出路。
China＇s economic development has entered a new normal state. Regarding the petrochemical and coal chemical projects in China, it is an urgent issue for the plant engineering consulting management personnel to help make the projects comply with the ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan through optimized management under the new normal state. This paper demonstrates that the people-oriented management mode is an important trend to adapt to the current economic development situation, and also an important way out for the plant engineering consulting management personnel at present and in the future.
