摘要
核电设备监造是保障核电设备安全的有效屏障。AP1000汽水分离再热器(以下简称MSR)是第三代核电机组常规岛汽轮机系统的主要辅助系统,MSR的设备质量对于整个常规岛汽轮机系统的运行有着至关重要的影响。文章通过分析监造工作开展过程中遇到的问题,结合设备制造过程中的重点、难点,从质量管理、进度控制及项目协调管理3个角度对AP1000汽水分离再热器设备监造特点进行总结,并就如何做好MSR设备监造工作从而保障设备监造这道屏障的有效性,贯彻核安全文化提出建议。
AP1000 MSR(Moisture Separator and Reheater)is the main auxiliary system of the conventional island steam turbine system of the third generation of reactor unit. MSR quality has substantial impact on the operation of the conventional island turbine system. Based on the problems met in supervision, the article summarizes the main points for MSR supervision from three aspects as quality management, progress control and project coordination. It also gives suggestions on how to provide good consulting service in supervising MSR manufacturing.
