Application of Biolar Basket Pusher Centrifuge in the Sodium Sulfate Making Section of Co-production of Salt and Sodium Sulfate

通过对过滤分离滤饼的研究及分离过程中滤饼的变化,对转鼓的形式进行优化设计,使得双级锥篮推料离心机的分离效果优于双级推料离心机,特别是针对一些较难分离的物料有着较好的分离效果。

By studying the filtration cake and the change of the filtration cake during the separation , we optimized the design of drum form which makes the separation effect of biolar basket pusher centrifuge be better than biolar pusher centrifuge, especially in separating some materials that are hard to separate.
