探析云南州市高校大学生人际关系影响因素

Analysis of Influencing Factors about Local Colleges students＇ Interpersonal Relationships in Yunnan

因生源地、民族、性别、地域、经济等因素的影响，云南州市高校大学生人际关系存在明显差异。究其原因，主要受大学生自身和外在环境的影响。内在的影响是由于大学生自身的交际观念、交往技巧和交际能力等；外在的影响则是由于个体所处的文化、社会环境、家庭、学校等方面的影响。目前，云南省州市高校部分大学生人际交往存在着一定的困难，只有准确把握影响学生人际关系的因素，才能更好地对症下药，解决实际的人际关系问题，最终提升州市高校大学生人际关系满意度。

Due to the influence of origin of student, national, sexual, territorial, economic factors etc, there are obvious interpersonal relationship difference in state and city universities in Yunnan province. To investigate its reason, it is mainly affected by university students＇ own internal and external environment. The internal impact is due to their own concepts of communication, communication skills and Communication ability. The external impact is due to the culture in whichthe individual live,social environment, family, school, etc. At present, there are interpersonal communication difficulties in state and city universities in Yunnan province. Only to have an accurate grasp of the influence factors of interpersonal relationship,could we find an better antidote against the disease as well as to solve the interpersonal relationship problems, and ultimately enhance the degree of satisfaction of the state and city universities students＇ interpersonal relationship.
