从形成过程和基本内容来看,社会主义核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值观具有同一性,都是社会主义本质的体现。社会主义核心价值观的基本内涵决定其具有科学性与先进性、继承性与民族性、人本性与大众性、实践性与开放性等基本属性。进行社会主义核心价值观教育必须基于其基本属性,坚持方向性原则、主体性原则、实践性原则与开放性原则,才能确保社会主义核心价值观教育收到实效,实现教育目标。
