胰腺癌新的生物学标志物探讨 被引量:1

摘要 胰腺癌以胰头部多见,其次为胰腺体部和尾部,是常见消化道恶性肿瘤之一,早期患者多不表现临床症状,当累及胰周组织或发生转移时才有所表现,症状缺乏特异性,确诊时多失去手术根治时机,中位生存期不足1年。目前,胰腺癌的早期诊断率低于20%,影像学技术对于微小胰腺癌或胰腺上皮内瘤变、非侵袭性导管内黏液性肿瘤、黏液性囊性肿瘤等胰腺癌前病变的诊断效果并不理想;而血液学标本容易获得,对机体损伤小,因此,寻找高效的血液学标志物实现早期诊断已成为研究热点。
