摘要
针对舞钢132 mm厚度规格临氢SA387Gr11Cl2钢板板厚1/2处-20℃冲击性能不合现象,进行了显微组织及断口分析,发现性能不合的试样组织可分为粗大贝氏体、贝氏体+先共析铁素体、针状贝氏体+未溶铁素体3类。分析确定这3类组织产生的原因后对工艺进行了优化,采用二阶段控制轧制、降低正火温度、延长保温时间的工艺措施后,冲击性能合格率得到明显提升。
For the cases of disqualified impact properties of Wugang developed 132 mm thickness SA387Gr11Cl2 steel plate under hydrogen environment during impact test taking place at 1 /2 plate thickness and-20 ℃,the microstructure and fracture are analyzed and it is found out that the microstructure of the specimens with disqualified properties can be classified into three types including coarse bainite,bainite + proeutectoid ferrite and acicular bainite +undissolved ferrite. After determining the formation causes of the microstructure,the production process is optimized.The qualification rate of impact properties is significantly improved by using II phase controlled rolling process,lowering the normalizing temperature,prolonging the holding time.
