摘要
文章结合国内器官移植的现状,提出完善活体器官移植的相关建议,包括严格亲缘关系审查、捐献者权利保护、允许交叉器官捐献、构建交叉器官捐献平台等。
Based on the current situation of domestic organ transplantation, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to perfect the living organ transplantation, including strict review of genetic relationship, donors ＇rights protection, the allowance of cross organ donation, and the establishment of cross organ donation platform,etc..
