摘要
近年来,乡村医疗纠纷的比例呈逐年上升趋势,乡村医生所面临的医疗风险问题已成为制约乡村医生队伍发展的主要因素。文章对乡村医生医疗风险的现状进行了分析,并就如何构建乡村医生医疗风险分担机制提出了建议。
In recent years, there is an upward trend in the proportion of medical disputes the countryside,and medical risks facing rural doctors have become the main barrier to the development of rural doctor contingent.Therefore, in this paper, the author analyzed the present situation and urgency of rural doctors＇ medical risks, and put forward the suggestions and measures of how to construct the rural doctors＇ medical risk sharing mechanism.
