摘要
目的:通过对比建立正常人和患者的腰椎三维有限元模型,并探讨建模在鉴定致伤方式中的意义。方法:利用64排螺旋CT扫描技术及Dicom医学图像方法将正常人及患者实验腰椎图像导入Mimics软件后进行处理,再导入Ansys有限元分析软件进行体网格划分,再将体网格转入Mimics,根据CT值赋值后生成三维有限元模型,并给予外力将正常者模型构建成与患者相接近的模型;采用6Nm的力矩分别加载于构建后的正常者模型与患者模型表面各节点上。结果:构建了腰1椎体爆裂性骨折有限元模型,其模型计算结果与真实腰1爆裂性骨折模型结果接近。结论:本研究方法适用于腰椎致伤方式的鉴定。
Objective: to establish three-dimensional lumbar spine finite element model for normal people and patients by comparing, and discuss the significance of modeling in the identification of injuries. Methods:importing normal people and patients' experimental lumbar image into Mimics software for processing by using 64 row spiral CT scan technology experiment method and Dicom medical image, importing Ansys finite element analysis software for meshing, moving the volume mesh into Mimics, creating three-dimensional finite element model according to the CT value, and building normal model into one close to the patient's by giving force to it; loading respectively on each surface node of the normal people model and patient's model by using 6 nm torque. Results:to build the waist 1 vertebral burst fracture finite element model, the model calculation results and the real waist result are close to 1 blowout fracture model. Conclusion: this study method is suitable for the identification of lumbar spine injury way.
