区域治理多元化视域下非政府组织存在的问题与发展对策探讨

On the Existing Problems in Nongovernmental Organizations and Their Development Countermeasures Viewed from Diversified Regional Governance

区域治理多元化背景下,政府固然是区域治理的核心和最重要的参与者,但非政府组织以其自身独特的优势,成为协同治理多维视角下的三驾马车之一。非政府组织应该努力克服独立性和服务意识不强、管理混乱和发展后劲不足等问题,加强宣传,协调好与政府的关系,主动接受监督,在自己的领域中尽快成长和成熟。

It is true that government is the core and vital part of regional governance under the background of diversified regional governance. However,nongovernmental organizations,with their own unique advantages,have become one of the three channels from the multi-dimensional perspective of collaborative governance. This paper analyses the existing problems in nongovernmental organizations,such as shortage of independence and service awareness,management confusion and the lack of development potential. Then it comes up with some corresponding countermeasures for NGOs to take,namely,strengthening the publicity,coordinating the relationship with government,actively accepting supervision and self-developing as soon as possible.
