摘要
目的利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对百合知母汤及其组方药味进行了研究。方法实验测试了单味药百合、知母及百合知母汤剂的红外光谱。结果在百合知母汤剂中保留了百合、知母单味药汤剂中的某些吸收峰,如百合知母汤光谱2933 cm-1和1059 cm-1处等;百合、知母单味药光谱中的某些吸收峰并未在百合知母汤光谱中出现,如百合光谱1724 cm-1和知母光谱1453 cm-1等;在百合知母汤剂光谱中出现了新的吸收峰,如百合知母汤光谱1871 cm-1和1522 cm-1处等。同时,因吸收峰位置的改变,说明各基团在百合、知母和百合知母汤中所处的化学环境不同或汤剂中化学物质的结构发生了变化。结论百合知母汤及其组方药味的红外谱图特征具有一定的变化规律,根据对特征峰的指认和归属,可初步揭示百合知母汤及其组方药味的红外光谱差异;单味药的特征峰在百合知母汤中得到较好的显示,该方法可以用于百合知母汤的宏观质量控制,也为探索方剂的配伍规律提供了新思路。
Objective The change in the mixed decoction was discussed to study the relationshipbetween Bulbus Lilii and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae after decoction. Methods The fourier transform infrared spectra( FTIR) of Bulbus Lilii decoction,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae decoction and Baihe Zhimu Decoction were tested. Results showed that some components of Bulbus Lilii and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae were retained in the mixed decoction of Baihe Zhimu Decoction,such as 2933 and 1059 cm^-1,but some components that never appeared in the two component spectra increased,such as 1724 cm^-1in Bulbus Lilii and1453 cm^-1in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. New absorption peaks were generated in the mixed decoction of BZT,such as 1871 and 1522 cm^-1. It can be showed that there are differences in the chemistry environment of the various chemical groups in the Baihe Zhimu Decoction,and with the variation in absorption peak position,possibly some new chemical constituents were created. Pharmaceutical effective substances in the Baihe Zhimu Decoction are not simply the addition of Bulbus Lilii and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. Conclusion This method can be used in the quiality control of BZT and proposed a new method in the compatibility research of traditional Chinese medicinal formulas.
