摘要
目的:建立高原地区正常人群红细胞相关参数参考区间。方法选择平均海拔3500 m高原地区健康成年人279例为研究对象,采用SYSMEX XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测所有受试者血常规,分别评估红细胞相关参数95%参考区间。结果除平均红细胞容积(mean corpuscular volume, MCV)外,高原地区男性红细胞计数(red blood cell, RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin, HGB)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(mean corpuscular hemoglobin, MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobin concen-tration, MCHC)检测水平均高于女性,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。高原地区正常人群红细胞相关参数正常参考区间评估结果,男性RBC为(4.6~6.7)×1012/L,女性RBC为(4.3~5.9)×1012/L;男性HGB为(149.6~220.4) g/L,女性HGB 为(132.2~186.6) g/L;男性MCV(82.3~97.4) fl,女性MCV(82.2~95.3) fl;男性 MCH 为(28.6~36.0) pg,女性 MCH 为(27.0~33.8) pg;男性 MCHC 为(331.0~389.4) g/L,女性MCHC为(320.0~375.4) g/L。结论成功建立高原地区正常成年男、女红细胞相关参数正常参考区间,且男性RBC、HGB、MCH、MCHC检测水平均高于女性。
Objective To establish the reference interval of the adult red blood cell (RBC) and rele-vant indicators in the plateau region. Methods 279 cases healthy adults in plateau region (average elevation 3500 m) were selected. The levels of RBC, hemoglobin(HGB), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean cor-puscular hemoglobin(MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) were detected by SYS-MEX XE-2100 fully automatic blood analyzer. The 95% reference interval of RBC and relevant indicators were evaluated statistically. Results The levels of RBC, HGB, MCH and MCHC of men were all higher than that of women in plateau region, and the differences all had statistical significance(Pall〈0.05). The level of RBC in men were (4.6~6.7)×1012/L, women were (4.3~5.9)×1012/L, HGB in men (149.6~220.4) g/L, women were (132.2~186.6) g/L;MCV in men were (82.3~97.4) fl, women were (82.2~95.3) fl;MCH in men were(28.6~36.0) pg, women were(27.0~33.8) pg;MCHC in men were (331.0~389.4) g/L, women were(320.0~375.4) g/L. Conclusion The reference interval of RBC and relevant indicators in the plateau region are established successfully, and the levels of RBC, HGB, MCH and MCHC in men are all higher than that of women.
