格尔伯特醇的合成

Synthesis of Guerbet Alcohols

以固体超强碱为催化剂,考察了格尔伯特醇的合成条件。优化的合成条件为反应温度250℃,固体超强碱催化剂用量5%,加氢催化剂用量0.2%及反应时间50min。该合成反应的转化率可达到95%以上,无副产物,无需后处理,固体超强碱催化剂可重复使用。

The synthetic conditions of Guerbet alcohols were investigated with solid superbase as catalyst.The optimized synthetic conditions were reaction temperature 250 ℃,amount of solid superbase catalyst 5%,amount of hydrogenation catalyst 0.2% and reaction time 50 min.The conversion rate of this synthetic reaction was more than95%,no by-products,no aftertreatment,and the solid superbase catalyst could be reused.
