我国淮河流域煤炭安全绿色开采 被引量:2

摘要 针对淮河流域煤炭开采条件复杂、井下灾害严重等问题,开展了松软低透气性煤层群煤与瓦斯共采、深厚表土层千米深井现代化矿井井群建设、淮河流域"三下"采煤及特殊开采、深井软岩巷道围岩控制、矿井多源水害防治、煤炭安全绿色开采地质保障等理论与技术研究,形成了一套煤炭安全绿色开采技术体系;认为要实现煤炭安全绿色发展,需科学确定开采下限,查清"绿色煤炭资源储量",建立"全物质循环经济"理念,利用"三位一体"研发手段,加强基础科学研究,为安全绿色开采提供理论技术保障。 Based on complicated mining conditions and serious mine disasters in Huaihe basin, soft and low permeability coal seam group and gas mining, study like deep alluvium more than 1 000 m deep shaft modernized coal mine shaft group, mining under railways, villages and water bodies and special mining, deep soft rock roadway surrounding rock control, mine multi- source prevention and control of water disasters, green and safe mining is developing, which forms a set of coal safety green mining technology system, in order to realize safe and green mining, the lower limit of mining should be settled, green reserves of coal resources should be clear, all material circulation economy theory, trinity study means and basic scientific research provide theory and technology guarantee for green mining.
