摘要
为了研究晋煤集团龙湾井田奥灰系顶部岩层隔水层注浆加固改造的可行性,探讨了龙湾井田奥灰顶部相对隔水层的岩性组合、富水分布特征及奥灰顶部人工相对隔水层段的改造方法,介绍了国内常规回转钻进技术和定向钻进技术的技术特点及实践效果。结果表明:在对奥灰顶部50 m相对隔水层加以利用后,15号煤受底板奥灰高压水威胁煤炭资源所占比例显著降低,带压开采可采储量可以满足矿井需求。
In order to study Longwan coalfield ordovician limestone series top rock stratum waterproof performance and the feasibility of the grouting reinforcement and reconstruction,top ordovician limestone lithology combination of relative water- resisting layer,rich water distribution characteristics and top ordovician limestone Artificial relative water- resisting layer segments transformation were discussed,conventional rotary drilling technology at home and the technical features and practical effect of directional drilling technology were introduced. The result showed that after the use of top ordovician limestone 50 m relative impermeable layer,the proportion of No. 15 coal seam threatened by baseboard ordovician limestone high pressure water obviously reduced,compensated mining recoverable reserves could meet the needs of the mine.
